Acceptable Use Policy

Do not upload unlawfully obtained data, ignore opt-outs, harass recipients, probe another organisation's data, abuse credentials, introduce malicious content or use QuotixLab for unlawful communications.

   Permitted use

   Use QuotixLab only for legitimate organisational quote-management and human-reviewed follow-up involving data you are authorised to process. Keep decisions and sends under human control.

   Prohibited outreach

   Do not harass recipients, ignore objections or do-not-contact records, disguise identity, send unlawful messages, or use the product to automate outreach that the product intentionally leaves manual.

   Personal data

   Do not upload unlawfully obtained, excessive, misleading or malicious personal data. Respect applicable privacy, marketing, consumer and employment rules and respond to valid rights requests.

   Security abuse

   Do not probe other tenants, bypass permissions or rate limits, share credentials or invitation secrets, introduce malware, disrupt providers, or attempt to obtain server-only keys or data.

   Enforcement

   QuotixLab may restrict access and preserve relevant evidence when needed to protect users, recipients, providers or the service. Restrictions may be reassessed when the relevant circumstances change.
