Terms of Service

QuotixLab provides a human-led quote follow-up workspace. Access packs are one-time purchases, credits are consumed only on first eligible activation, unlawful use is prohibited, and no revenue, conversion, compliance or uninterrupted-service outcome is guaranteed.

   Service scope

   QuotixLab is a human-led workspace for organising quote follow-up, preparing drafts for review and recording actions performed outside the product. It does not send commercial follow-ups automatically or promise that any recipient may lawfully be contacted.

2. 02

   Account responsibilities

   Users must protect credentials, keep workspace information accurate, follow their organisation's permissions and obtain every right or instruction needed for uploaded data and outreach. The organisation owner controls membership, billing and organisation-level settings.

3. 03

   Access packs and credits

   Paid access packs are one-time purchases. Credits are server-controlled and consumed on the first eligible recovery activation; purchasing, refunding or disputing a payment may change access and balances according to the recorded transaction state.

4. 04

   Availability

   The service may change and can be interrupted for maintenance, security or provider failures. No uptime, response-time, recovery, revenue, conversion or compliance guarantee is made.

5. 05

   Liability and termination

   Access may be restricted for unlawful, unsafe or abusive use, non-payment, expiry or deletion. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law, and provisions that by their nature survive termination remain in effect.
