Refund Policy

Refund requests are reviewed manually according to the purchase circumstances and applicable law. The product does not promise automatic refunds or make refund eligibility depend on recovered sales.

   Scope

   This policy applies to QuotixLab one-time access packs purchased through the configured Stripe checkout. It does not create a subscription, recurring charge or outcome-based fee.

   Digital access

   A purchase can grant time-limited access and server-recorded credits. Access to digital functionality may begin after confirmed payment; the legal consequences of immediate access depend on applicable mandatory law.

   Refund requests

   Send refund requests to info@quotixlab.com with enough transaction information to locate the purchase. Requests are reviewed manually; public forms never issue money automatically.

   Credits and partial use

   Use of credits, elapsed access, refunds, disputes and reversals are evaluated against the recorded purchase and entitlement state. The product does not promise a refund merely because a quote was not recovered, and partial-use treatment requires case review.

   Mandatory consumer rights

   Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Eligibility, withdrawal rights, regional disclosures, refund timing and treatment of unused credits are handled according to applicable law and the recorded transaction state.
