Privacy Policy

How account, organisation and quote data is intended to be handled.

QuotixLab processes account, organisation, imported quote, workflow, security and billing-reference data only as needed to operate the service. Customers remain responsible for lawful contact. Core providers include Supabase, Stripe and Vercel, and account owners can use export/deletion controls. OPENVOLTARIS LLC controls the name, email, company and message supplied in pilot and contact requests to review access and answer the request. Where applicable, the basis is taking steps requested before a contract or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and preventing abuse. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing. Requests are stored in Supabase; contact notifications may also pass through our email provider Resend. We retain request details while the enquiry, pilot decision or related support remains open. After closure, we review whether any identifiable record is still necessary for the resulting service relationship, a specific legal obligation, security incident or dispute; otherwise it should be deleted or anonymised. Review and erasure are handled manually during pre-launch; there is no automatic expiry for these requests. You may contact info@quotixlab.com to request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing where applicable, or obtain information about transfers and safeguards. You may complain to your competent data-protection authority. Pilot access decisions are reviewed by a person.

  1. Scope and roles

OPENVOLTARIS LLC controls pilot, contact and account-administration data. For customer-imported quote and recipient data, the customer determines why and whether contact is lawful and QuotixLab acts only to provide the configured workspace.

  2. Data categories

We process account identity, organisation settings, imported quote and contact fields, workflow records, security events, billing references, and the information submitted through pilot or contact forms. The product does not use those forms to enrol people in marketing.

  3. Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to authenticate users, operate and secure the workspace, support human-reviewed quote follow-up, administer one-time purchases and credits, answer enquiries, and prevent abuse. Any applicable legal basis depends on the context; customer organisations remain responsible for their own outreach instructions.

  4. Retention

Supabase hosts application data and authentication, Stripe handles checkout and payment records, Vercel or Cloudflare may run the application, and Resend carries transactional notifications when configured. Intake review and deletion are manual during pre-launch; no automatic expiry is promised, and records are kept only while needed for service, legal, security or dispute purposes.

  5. Rights and requests

Contact info@quotixlab.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where applicable, or to ask about recipients, transfers and safeguards. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority; pilot decisions remain human-reviewed.
